Du nutzt nicht die richtige Version von Optifine. Die F# Versionen für die 1.13.2 sorgen für Abstürze. Die E# Versionen laufen problemlos.

Nebenbei brauchst du nur das LyriaRPG 123 und das Soundpack,, da die Sachen aus dem cit-Pack schon in Gesamtpaket mit drinnen sind.

Kann ich nur zustimmen, am besten Läuft bei mir OptiFine 1.13.2 HD U E7 mit  LyriaRPG 123
